If we change the ID of a module within a plugin, and then update the plugin, it is possible that another plugin that ‘required’ the old module ID now has no compatible modules to use. If possible, it might be nice to report that. For example:

plugin net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.authn.duo.nimbus requires module idp.oidc.common.2

module idp.oidc.common.2 which is part of plugin net.shibboleth.oidc.common is updated to idp.oidc.common.3. net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.authn.duo.nimbus might not be compatible with idp.oidc.common.3 but nothing currently reports this. It is probably not a state we want to happen, so maybe this is not worth time, but it could aid diagnostics.
