What are we doing about the initial contents of edit-webapp?

It won’t do to litter that directory with detritus from previous attempts but people might want to see. And maybe having wars full of IdP new files isn’t a bad idea (just feels untidy and a potential security issue - not sure what except an indicator or something , assuming that you get to look at that from the webserver.
