Starting by identifying any “optional” modules we’re missing, idp.UserPrefs is the obvious one, which contains both some view and flow files.

idp.Core will carry “everything” that’s not optional or creates a hassle trying to make them optional. Starting with e.g. the client-storage views.

Also identified a bug, we should have made the conditions flow files part of the Password module, though I would love to deprecate that so that might be a next step.
