With respect to this issue title, I think I would dispute this. The docs at https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IDPPLUGINS/pages/1376879310/OPIntrospection are prety darn explicit about the requirements for introspection. So with your permission I’d rather adjust the issue to reflect that it’s really a RFE to lift the client_id as URI restriction that was inadvertently embedded.
