As part of the development of v5, we have needed to incorporate local signatures and personal keys for Spring Web Flow, because their -M1 and -RC1 artifacts are unsigned.

When a GA release of org.springframework.webflow:spring-webflow and org.springframework.webflow:spring-binding are available and signed with the Spring Project’s normal keys, or certainly before the release of IdP v5, we should:

* Remove Rod’s and Ian’s keys from the org.springframework.webflow keyring
* Remove all local signatures for these artifacts

I’ve dropped this in as an IdP task rather than on the enforcer because I see it as tied to the v5 release. If someone feels strongly, I guess it could be moved over.
