The Rocky 8 Dockerfile ( http://git.shibboleth.net/view/?p=cpp-linbuild.git;a=blob;f=os/rockylinux8/image/Dockerfile;h=5a7a055aef1c7e61568b4996383bcaaed461e904;hb=e7a5f361fb3e39adffc88cf57cdcfe6ff7b21641#l5 ) already enables the PowerTools repo and installs the memcached dependencies. I’ll have to look more closely to figure out why this isn’t working as Luca expects. It may require a spec file fix.
