* Finish off IdP
* Add CollectionSupport.arrayAsList - it is widely used. Note that this returns a mutable list whereas List.of returns an immutable one. Ugh.
* Publish notes on converting modules and all the issues
* OpenSAML - this will be harder because it may require a change in contract
* Plug-ins. Probably best left to the openers when we fork for V5
* Deprecate {{BaseContext.getSubcontext(Class, boolean)}}just mark as such for now, add a warning during the life of v5
* Rename BaseContext.getOrCrearSubcontext as per suggestion by Ian Young ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3Ae127cb03-43ed-473d-b6ba-592949cb4be8 )
