The POM versions on main branch have now been bumped to 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT and dependencies against the V5 codebase.

The OP 4.0.0 ( idp.oidc.OP.3 ) depends on idp.oidc.config.2.

The following (temporary) beans have been removed

* shibboleth.oidc.internal.HttpServletRequest
* shibboleth.oidc.internal.HttpServletResponse

Removed wiring of shibboleth.RelyingPartyConfigurationResolver to the following functions (OAuth2Client, authorize, token, userinfo -flows):

* JWTSignatureValidationConfigurationLookupFunction
* JWTDecryptionConfigurationLookupFunction
* JWTSignatureSigningConfigurationLookupFunction
* JWTEncryptionConfigurationLookupFunction

HttpClient now uses V5

All the previously existing unit tests (including flow tests) are successful now.
