So I think the game plan here is really just to bite the bullet and add ComponentInitializationException to all the constructor and factory method signatures that are having to call that deprecated method to wrap the exception.

Once that’s done, we can dump the deprecated method as planned.

Once that’s done you can hand it back and I’ll do a pass examining the public/private status of the constructors.
