While doing some post-install tidying on v5 and removing some similar messages regarding system resources, I noticed that I have been getting INFO messages in logs for some time regarding a missing managed-beans.xml in {{$

{idp.home}

/conf}}.

Although INFO, this has the feel of a warning, and my thought is that if this file is referenced by system configuration by default, then an empty version should be provided by the base configuration.
