The BaseJWTSignatureSecurityHandler does not use the securityParametersContextLookupStrategy to pull out the TrustEngine to use in # resolveTrustEngine —it is hardcoded. This makes it impossible to relocate the security parameters context if required (it has to be a subcontext of the message context). We should use the lookup strategy here.
