I’ve pushed “work in progress” to the cpp-msbuild and cpp-sp branch. Still need to

* Test the generated installer
* Stop building the Shib bits we don’t need in cpp-msbuild\build.make

* 32 bit Shibboleth
* 32 bit saml
* 32 bit xmltooling

* Stop building the bits we don’t need in cpp-msbuild\dependencies\dependency.make

But at this stage I am suspending development. Instead I’ll see what happens with cUrl V8 and boost 1_82
