First attempt at this committed, no CLI wrapper as of yet.

Required introducing a way to annotate settings on the interfaces so that the flow knows what to attempt to pull out. Limited to PRC-driven settings for now.

Made an attempt to limit what and how things were exported, but we’ll probably hit some edge cases to work through over time.
