I’m about to push the “Check on startup” code and wiring. User visible wiring is confined to idp.updateCheck.enabled

Other wiring available is

 idp.updateCheck.urls:shibboleth.IdPUpdateCheckUrls
 idp.updateCheck.httpClient
 idp.updateCheck.httpSecurityParameters

This is currently a one-off.

What do we think about it running every day, or maybe every week?
