Discussion with Scott Cantor ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A5b78efc9-1379-42cc-a3f6-56c6ea3a0007 ). We can and should do more

* Move the pamaterization that is in AbstractIdPModule into getters on the Module Interface, defaulted in the IdPModule Interface
* Push the PropertyDriven stuff down, but leave PropertyDrivenIdPPlugin and PropertyDrivenIdPModule in place as the root of all our plugins and modules.
* Get rid of AbstractIdPModule and AbstractIdpPlugin
* Remove a lot of legacy deprecated rubbish (ModuleContext, PluginSupport, PluginVersion)

* Exceptions may need to stay to keep API compitbiluty for those few plugins and modules that will survive the v5 transations

* Test with the V4 metadata provider
