If we were to move the API classes into the DuoOIDC plugin’s API package, we would would need them all:

* BasicDuoIntegration
* DuoAuthenticationContext
* DuoIntegration
* DuoPrincipal
* DuoAuthAPI

I’ve tested moving them over if we wanted to do that, and it looks fine atm (although I’ve not managed to test it in a production v5 or testbed yet).

Should I look to move them, or just the impl for now?
