Completed the first part (getting a jetty-free IdP to install). Made me realize quite how much I dislike debugging wix (revert VM, run installer, extract log, find bug in the 10s of thousands of lines of logging, rebuild, rinse & repeat).

Now I have to see if I can get Jetty to install OK and then try to upgrade a V4.
