After some discussion I want to strip some more stuff from the ‘parent’ pom

* The lint profile
* The war plugin (and related property)
* The site plugin (and related property)
* the checkstyle plugin (and related properties)

This leave 12 plugins with versions being managed (plus the enforcer and data - The previous version is used to check the current one.

I will push this change but until I have mocked my way through a release process I’m not going to close this case.
