I added these changes to a new dev branch dev/JCOMOIDC-62 for Henri Mikkonen ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A1614c4a5-c89e-4edc-9421-990bd6ea85fd ) to check out and test with the OP when he gets a chance. In addition to the explicit change to the way the client_secret is handled, there are minor modifications across a number of classes —hence the new branch.
