This is because it tries to build the javadoc. The javadoc fails because it is missing a whole bunch of properties which were not cutr & pasted across to the new parent.

We don’t need javadoc for this internal tool. So rater than add even more pointless properties that need to be updated I’ll pull the javadoc from the parent (which will require a new parent, sigh).
