So actually…look and feel aside, the JSP page does include (and honor) the Spring message macros. There are different message keys for this page since it’s an outlier, but it wasn’t using the stylesheet, so that was an error. For the same reason, I’ll add a root.css message key for this one in case the CSS should be different, but I’ll default to the existing placeholder.

I verified the message keys are getting replaced properly.
