[JIRA] (IDP-2072) Possible issue with parent bean and named c'tor arguments

The cause of this was mixing a positional argument on the parent with the same named parameter on the child, inadvertently. That doesn't work, but it doesn't know why and the error is generic. False alarm and the beans are now consistently declared.
