Agreed that V5 is the opportunity to rename things if we want, but we don’t have to - it will be very easy to have the same file be an SP plugin and an IdP one. I suspect that if we discovered a need we could even make name changes compatible across V4/V5 (abuse of the service interface springs to mind and the obvious attack point but there are others).
