I’m reviewing existing stuff…

My suggestion:

plugin id: net.shibboleth.idp.oidc.config

module: idp.oidc.config.1

package: net.shibboleth.idp.oidc.config

group net.shibboleth.idp.oidc

artifact idp-plugin-oidc-config

We generally put “idp” earlier in the names when it applies, and I don’t think we need to include “common” anywhere.

I wish we’d used plugin in things more consistently, but I don’t see it anywhere but the artifact name so may as well stick to that.
