As suggested by Scott, we should implement a RelocatedBeanFactoryPostProcessor to provide migration assistance.

This can go in our beans.xml and expose itself and the two maps for overriding.

The plan should be to provide migration assistance to V1.0, not just to V0.10.0. Not everyone is going to help themselves out by adopting 0.10 before 1.0 is released.

Adopting beans.xml needs to be documented as a best practice to be adopted by essentially all XML configurations.
