The algorithm ID SHA256withRSAandMGF1 is used by BouncyCastle only. The native Sun JCA algorithm ID is RSASSA-PSS. Nimbus will try the Sun JCA provider first, then the BC equivalent. So I propose we use the Sun JCA algorithm ID.
