    Add 0x39BE51A1084C9113 to keyring for org.apache.maven.doxia
    
    Key is used to sign doxia-sink-api-1.0-alpha-7.jar which turns
    up as part of the XMLSectool build.
    
    Jar file is in third party repo and so signature has been trusted.
