    key 1241BC872C5E4EC0: public key "Henri Yandell (For signing ASF releases) <bayard at apache.org>" imported
    
    key is used to sign commons-cli-1.2.jar which is in thr trusted repo.
    Jar is downloaded as part of the XMLSectool build
