I’m guessing that just like we do for the version we can slam the url into the Manifest somewhere and pluck it out.

But the problem comes that the manifest is only available when you run from the jar (which is what that inline 4.3.2 is all about - we only need it when there is no jar).

It seems to me that that is the issue we need to solve - There are various hammers we can use but most of the ones that spring to mind.
