This is unrelated but also seems fishy:

final PluginVersion idpVersion = new PluginVersion(versionAsString!=null?versionAsString:"4.2.0");

If nothing else that may be something we have to update when we do releases, don’t know how much of a problem it is if it’s stale (which it is now).
