The UK federation tooling has been doing this using ESXLT set operations, but that takes a really (really) long time to run, so I have reimplemented it as a Java stage. I think it’s generic enough a requirement for pre-publication checking on aggregates that it would make sense to commit it in the MDA codebase rather than maintain it in the UK federation extensions.
