Jetty 12 has reached its beta 0 milestone. This means we might expect to see a GA release before the end of 2023, or in other words around the same time as IdP v5 might release.

It’s certainly going to be available during the lifecycle of IdP v5, and given the Jetty project’s intent that v12 should be the successor to both the v10 and v11 releases (by supporting both namespaces, for example) we are likely going to need to support it in IdP v5 at some point.
