There are a handfull of classes (in idp-core) and (idp-admin-impl) which carry a jcommander dependency. This means that they are really not part of the IdP webservice, and also means some aggravating code in the pom to exclude jcommander from the war.

After some discussion we decided to add a new maven module idp-cli as a home for these classes. Longer term there is the option of moving out command line (shell/bat) files there as well.
