Figuring out all the right bits for the cert policy OID stuff was a bit of a pain. There was some spelunking of OpenSSL source code headers involved for some of the config params and values. Yikes. But I believe it’s all working now.

Everything regenerated with SHA-2 and key length 3072. Just because of the way the generate.py works, I had to slightly re-jigger the mdt-* certs involved for the policy tests. The CA hierarchy is a little different, but not in a way that the tests will care about.

Will resolve this, pending the successful execution of the RH9 tests.
