Testing direct encryption with the downstream OIDC certification OP is still painful. I think their end is broken. I might be wrong, but I added a ticket in-case ( https://gitlab.com/openid/conformance-suite/-/issues/1091 ( https://gitlab.com/openid/conformance-suite/-/issues/1091 ) )
