I tried out your patch and it seems to work fine. Thanks a lot!

Perhaps the upgrade notes should mention the fact that the content of <cas:proxies> in CAS responses has changed because of this fix and that deployers who erroneously white-listed service URLs instead of pgtUrls in their configurations should adjust? I'm not sure many people are actually affected, the majority of CAS apps don't do proxying at all.
