Absolutely, patches are always welcome.

Depending on size, we would probably prefer that it be licensed (slapping the Apache license on it is the easiest way to get a contribution cleared) but if it were short/simple, that doesn’t matter that much.

But I’m not sure in this case it will be that wasy. I did glance at the code before I answered, and I didn’t see anything being tracked that would allow something else to be put into the response. That’s why I begged off, it would take much more CAS knowledge than I have to fix it.
