I spotted that the DC abstract parser is still worrying about “exporrtAllAttributes” which we really dont want in V5 This case is to

* Enumerate all the “marked with a deprecation warning or annotation features in V5
* Ensure that they are warned and documented as deprecated in V4
* Remove them in V5 code
* Add them to the V5 changes “release note”
* Remove them in V5 documentation (which is why starting with the definitive list matters)
