CRDetectionStage (via its parent class) is supposed to identify the entity containing a CR. I don’t think that’s actually working: JaCoCo indicates that the code in question isn’t exercised in the unit tests.

I need to extend the unit tests, and fix this if it does turn out to be a bug.
