[JIRA] (IDP-2023) Remove extended flow feature from password login flow

I did not find any remaining refs to the configuration in the view or user config. I believe the steps involved in the flow are now gone and the beans used in implementing it are removed. An attempt to signal a login flow as an event will likely fail, as that's not meant to be a defined end-state, but using a custom event and handling that in the MFA flow should result in substantially equivalent behavior.

One outstanding issue is making it simpler to capture parameters from the form in the MFA transition, so I may want to repurpose some of the code used for that.
