Initial refactor as described is done, and interfaces were abstracted away for more flexibility.

The obvious thing now will be to take the OIDC class and inherit it from BasicSecurityConfiguration, and refactor the OP to leverage the new classes instead of the bastardized XML ones it’s mis-purposing now.
