In researching https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-2019 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-2019 ) I found that our keyring for the netty project jars do not have a KeyId (0xF3D1600878E85A3D)

Our rules state that

* We have found it on a website
* The owner vouches for it. I find that putting a bug report into github has a 20% hit rate of people doing the right thing. Sending mail is the same - but in this case the key proudly announces that you should send the owner email.
* The git tags are signed by it

Of course there is a second order question of whether we should be shipping jars to our customer which are only signed by a bot (it gives me the heeby-jeebies but I’m overly sensitive to how gapingly insecure this whole thing is).
