Create internal versions of the *HttpServletRequest* and *HttpServletResponse* proxies that point to the following proxy classes:

* net.shibboleth.utilities.java.support.net.ThreadLocalHttpServletRequestProxy
* net.shibboleth.utilities.java.support.net.ThreadLocalHttpServletResponseProxy

The won’t contain the deprecation warnings in IdP 4.3, but they will be removed in IdP 5.0.

They must be changed to the HTTP Supplier classes to make the plugin compatible with the IdP 5.0 codebase.
