As per the parent case the LDAP data connector has seen some substantial deprecations.

Two configurations are no longer honored <LDAPProperty/> and Attribute blockWhenEmpty="bool" in <ConnectionPool/>

Two attributes are deprecated (but still work) connectionStrategy="DEFAULT” and authenticationType="..."

My initial instinct was to remove all of these them from the code and the schema and call it done. But there are two other options

* Leave as is
* Remove from the code & Documentation but leave in the schema

I’m happy to do the heavy lifting - but need Scott Cantor ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A5b78efc9-1379-42cc-a3f6-56c6ea3a0007 ) to decide what to do.
