To ease the transition to IdP 4.3, internal versions of the HttpServletXXX proxies will be created that point to 4.x proxy classes that do not contain deprecation warnings.

These classes will be removed in IdP 5.0 and so these will need to be changed to the HTTP Supplier classes to make the plugin compatible. See https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-2042 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-2042 ).
