With the decision to just deprecate the proxies in 4.3 and remove them in 5.0, we need some tweaks to the strategy for the plugins to avoid needing a 4.3 specific revision.

We need to:

* Remove the warnings from AbstractProfileAction’s setters.
* Remove the warnings from the old proxy classes.
* Add new proxy classes with the warnings.
* Change the shibboleth.HttpServletXXX beans to use the new classes from (3).

That should allow our 4.2 era plugins to avoid warnings, and they will clearly break on 5.0 anyway until they’re altered to use the Suppliers. 5.0 will contain neither proxy class set.
