Changed the key for the audit formatter map to Shibboleth-Audit.DuoOIDC. So a new logger can be used to log to a separate file e.g.

  <logger name="Shibboleth-Audit.DuoOIDC" level="ALL">
       <appender-ref ref="${idp.audit.appender:-IDP_DUO2FA_AUDIT}"/>
   </logger>
