The default audit statements can be enabled with the property idp.duo.oidc.writeaudit.

The format can be changed by creating a bean named shibboleth.authn.DuoOIDC.AuditFormattingMap in the duo-oidc-authn-config.xml file.

The pre-Duo extractors can be overridden using the a Map named shibboleth.authn.DuoOIDC.PreDuoPopulateAuditExtractors.

The post-Duo audit extractors can be overridden using a Map named shibboleth.authn.DuoOIDC.PostDuoPopulateAuditExtractors. I will add all these to do the docs
