Committed support for setting front-/back-channel logout URIs via <SingleLogoutService> -elements. The binding refers to the corresponding specification:

* https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-frontchannel-1_0.html ( https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-frontchannel-1_0.html )

* https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-backchannel-1_0.html ( https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-backchannel-1_0.html )

OAuthRPExtensions now supports two new attributes (flags):

* frontchannel_logout_session_required
* backchannel_logout_session_required
