* failFastInitialize (except the StoredId connector which does handle this).

failFastInitialize is declated in the schema for thse data connectors

* Relational
* HTTP
* StoredId

it is NOT specified for

* Computed
* Scripted
* Static
* StorageService
* Pairwise
* Subject

It strikes me that Storage Service probably should but that the rest are correct.

I think that these issues are important enough to warrant their own V4 case. V5 can be handles as part of https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JSATTR-7 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JSATTR-7 )
